How Do I Order Custom Foot Orthotics?

You answer the questions and then Pay on our site!

What Happens Next?

1.   We ship you a box of foam with instructions on how to take a mold on your feet.

2.   With prepaid postage, mail the molds back to us

3.   When we receive the molds a licensed Orthotists or Pedorthist will call you.

4.   After discussion, the custom foot orthotics are made and mailed back to you!

Why do we do it this way?

We believe that this is the only online method for the customer to obtain a truly custom Foot Orthotic. The customer can rest assured they are receiving the correct insert for their situation,  while never leaving the house.

Why the Conversation?

  • The mold of your foot gives the Pedorthist a decent idea of your foot problems, but there are so many other factors and options.
  • Do you want to change if you’re walking on the inside or outside of your foot?
  • Do you have foot, ankle, Knee, or Back pain and where?
  • Diabetic Neuropathy?
  • Do you want low profile so you can wear them in any shoe?
  • What is your activity level? Are you an athlete or runner?
  • Are you a court athlete (Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, etc.) that displays rapid medial to lateral movements?
  • What cover material is best for your situation?
  • Full Length or Partial Length?
  • Do you wear high heels over one inch?
  • Metatarsal Foot Pads for pain in the ball area of the foot?
  • Planter Fasciitis, Diabetes, Foot Deformities
  • Too many to list, frankly the options become astronomical.

How Long Does the Process Take?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Once we receive the imprinted molds , approximately two weeks!

How are they Made?

Our Custom Lab uses State-of-the-Art equipment combined with the most current technology to fabricate Custom Therapeutic Shoe Inserts. From the imprints of your foot, a digital scan of the impression is made, capturing an accurate 3D Scan, including the arch.  3D scanning creates a data sampling every four hundredths of an inch and as such, has been found to be more accurate than plaster castings which are still commonly used.  The 3D Scan is then loaded into a CNC Router, drilling a precise replica of the customer's foot.  The perfect, highest quality insert for your foot is then made.

Why are your inserts less expensive than others? With the use of modern technology we can produce our products with less labor and pass the savings onto you. We do not cut corners or skimp on materials. You will receive a custom orthotic that is made of the finest materials available. Once we have the mold of your feet, we can fabricate the 2nd and 3rd pair for less.                 2 pairs - $149.98      3 pairs - $197.97

Most Important - All products are developed under the supervision and workmanship of licensed Orthotists and Pedorthists that signify over 50 years of experience.

knee pain

I bought these to help with my knee pain, it just arthritis and old age, but I feel like I have lost strength in my knees. After reading I found that inserts can help. These do, I'd like to say they took all the pain away but they didn't. they certainly help though. (02 Feb 2017, 19:46)

Orthotics

I am a 60 year old carpenter. My ankles and knees have been bothering me for the last 3 years. It is now getting to the point that I want to retire early but I really can't afford to. I have tried inserts from stores but never had any real success. My wife placed this order as a Christmas Present. and it has been the best present I ever had. They really bothered my feet at first but now I have grown accustomed to them. I can now work 8 hours without pain and even climb ladders again. (14 Jan 2016, 13:17)

Heel Pain

I have heel pain that is unbearable. I was looking at getting surgery befoe I purchased these custom inserts. After speaking to their pedorthist, it became clear that I had heel spurs. I didn't want to miss work so I went with these inserts, what a blessing I have zero pain with my shoes on. (06 Jan 2016, 15:40)
